How will I get my files back?
The files will be transferred back to you in the same method they were sent to us.

  • For IMAGE SELECTION, STANDARD and STANDARD PLUS method, we will return high-resolution JPGs, or Lightroom Smart Preview Catalog (Smart Preview)
  • For editions in ADVANCED and ADVANCED PLUS mode, we will return high resolution JPGs or DNG files

Please contact us if you prefer to receive another format, we will do our best to help you.

How do I prepare my files for submission?
There are several ways to create a SmartPreview Catalog in Lightroom:
Import.
When you import new images into your catalog, select Create Smart Previews (Import dialog box> File Handling section). Smart Previews are created for all images imported into the catalog.
Export.
When you export a set of photos as a catalog, you can choose whether to create and include Smart Previews in the exported catalog. Click File> Export as Catalog and select the Create / Include Smart Previews check box.

You can create Smart Previews files on demand. Select the files for which you want to create Smart Previews, and then click Library> Views> Create Smart Previews.

Note:

For ADVANCED and ADVANCED PLUS  mode we need you to send us RAW, PNG or JPEG files in high resolution so we can go deeper into editing your image.

About Smart Previews

With Lightroom 5 and 6CC, Smart Previews lets you edit images that are not physically connected to your computer. Smart Preview files are in a new, lighter and smaller format, based on the DNG file format displayed in Lightroom

How to open the Lightroom catalog sent by SpeedUpFlow?
Download the final file using the link provided in the delivery email. Be sure to save the file to a location you may encounter later, such as the desktop or your Documents directory.
Find the downloaded file and unzip it, if necessary. (On a Mac, do this by double-clicking it. On a PC, right click on the zip file and choose Extract All.)
After the files are unzipped, locate and double-click the Lightroom catalog file. It ends with “.lrcat”.
Lightroom will open the catalog, but you will see gray boxes where the images should be. This is normal and is due to the fact that our Lightroom catalog still does not know where the image files are on your computer. Let’s fix this next.
Inside the Library module, go to the folders section on the left side. Find the folder with a question mark and right click (command-click). Now choose Find Away Folder.
In the file dialog that appears, navigate to and select the folder of images that you originally sent to Speed UpFlow. With the folder selected, click Choose.

Now that you have informed Lightroom where the images are, they will be displayed and the adjustments we have made will be applied automatically.

At this point, the images are linked and ready to export and deliver to your customer.

How to submit my images?
The simplest and easiest way to send files to us is by using: dropbox, weetransfer, or googledrive

Note that there are two ways to share using dropbox or googledrive: You can send a link that allows us to download the files from your (preferred) account, or you can invite us to a shared folder (avoid this option). The latter option only complicates things, so we ask that you simply share a link to the files as described below.

The following instructions assume that you have prepared the files as needed. For more information about preparing Lightroom smart preview files, click here!

Dropbox

1. Move or copy the file you are uploading to your Dropbox folder.

2. Right click (or control + click) on the file or folder, and then “Share dropbox link”.

3.1. After the link is “ready / copied”, use this form to send the link to us.

That’s it! Let’s use the link to download the files from your Dropbox account. Be sure to leave the files where they are, or we will not be able to download them.

Weetransfer (Recommended)

1- Compress your files in a single file (zip, rar, tar or 7z)

2- Access our private Wetransfer to send up to 20 Gigas: www.speedupflow.wetransfer.com – click on agree

3- Add your email address and order number. Ex: # 29715

4- Then click on “Download”, and wait for the submission.

5- You will receive an email with the link, copy this link as in the image example below, and fill in this form here by pasting the link in the field that requested the link with your images or smart catalog of Lightroom.

Google Drive

1. Copy or move files to a google drive folder.

2. Wait for the synchronization to finish. You’ll know it’s ready when a green check mark appears next to the file.
(When syncing, Google Drive uploads the file to your servers, so how long this step takes depends a lot on the file size and your internet speed.It’s not uncommon for larger files or slower connections to take many hours) .

3. Right-click (or control-click) the synced file or folder, then choose “Google Drive” and “Share …”.

4. As a result, the following window will appear, click “Change …”

5. Choose “Anyone with the link” and click save.

6. Now, copy the link at the top of the window (right-> Copy). Then click Finish.

7. After the link is “ready / copied”, use this form to send the link to us.

8. That’s it! Let’s use the link to download the files from your Google Drive account. Be sure to leave the files where they are, or we will not be able to download them.

IMAGE SELECTION
Our editors will review all of your work a total of 3 times to allow a very good sensation of the story, its flow and substance. This is a serious and fundamental component to your workflow, and so is extremely important to examine each image. Tell us how many images you would like in the selection and we will do it for you.

Can I do a free trial?
Of course! We will be happy to edit 5 of your photos. For this, you only need to create an account with us here. After completing your registration you will receive a link to submit your images and enjoy the free trial!
Who is editing my photos? Will SpeedUpFlow be able to match my style?

Our editors are photographers with at least 2 years of experience and are up to date in the area. Quality control is done by Bruno Rosa CEO/Founder of SpeedUpFlow. We will name an editor who will work with you to keep your identity on all jobs.

With your feedback you can expect your editor to reach a level of consistency that fits your style in the first 2 or 3 jobs.

How long will it take?
From the moment we receive your files by the time you receive them back, well edited and in your style: 5 to 10 business days or sometimes less depending on the availability in the week of your editor.

Standard turnaround is 5-10 business days (7-14 calendar days).

1: Orders must be placed before 11:59am GMT  in order to start the turnaround on that day. Orders received after 12:00 GMT will begin the turnaround on the following business day.

2: Weekend days don’t count in the 5-10 business days turnaround.


Rush orders are also available  😉

1 – 2 Business days turnaround time: Add 100% on top of original price.

3- 5 Business days turnaround time: Add 30% on top of original price.

 

Can I send images to edit in different editing modes?
Certainly!

We have a large number of customers using this combination. We simply ask to separate the files into two different folders, one for each editing level.

Is there a minimum order?
  • Minimum order of 50 images for Standard
  • Minimum order of 30 images for Standard Plus
  • Minimum order of 10 images for Advanced
  • Minimum order of 5 images for Advanced Plus
  • Minimum order of 500 photos for Image Selection
Is there sale tax on my order?
Only clients in Brazil are subject to federal sales tax.

If your business is based elsewhere in the world, you won’t be charged any sales tax.
